Are making payments safe on rafflebay.uk?

Yes security is one of our biggest considerations which is why we use STRIPE to take card payments.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

Are there free raffles?

Yes our very 1st raffle is free, we may even consider doing some more free raffles in the future.

Can I have more than one ticket in a single raffle?

Yes just check on the raffle itself and it will tell you the limit of tickets per user, this can vary per raffle.

How do I enter a raffle?

You need to create an account on rafflebay, choose an available number and answer the skill based question. You can then checkout to purchase your number and then excitingly watch the raffle timer countdown to see if you are the luck winner!

How long will my raffle numbers be held if they are in my cart?

Your raffle numbers will be held in your cart for a maximum of 5 minutes, during this time no other rafflebay users can purchase those numbers.

If I win when would I get my raffle prize?

We aim to get all prizes to winners within 7 days.

Is the raffle winner chosen totally at random?

Yes we can guarantee all winners are chosen 100% at random with no human intervention. RAFFLEBAY uses MT_RAND PHP function to randomly pick winners from eligible entrants as per our T&Cs.

Is the website secure?

Yes the website is secured and certified by GeoTrust. You will notice the padlock on your address bar on our website and the Secure seal at the bottom of every page.

 

What if the raffle is not full and the timer is up?

If the the minimum number of tickets have not sold, the timer will have a minimum of one week added to it allowing other rafflebay customers a chance to join.
